Products that are in stock and don’t require making are dispatched within 2 business days.
For garments that are made to order please allow 2 weeks from ordering to receive your garment.
Illustrations/ Artwork: Downloads should be uploaded within minutes after payment.
Prints that are made to order, please allow 4 business days to be dispatched.
A flat rate of $8 is applied to all domestic orders and will have tracked shipping within Australia
Please contact us prior to placing your order if your wish to have it express posted.
A flat rate of $30.00 AUD is applied to all international orders.
International orders are tracked and you will be provided with the tracking number once your order is placed.
Shipping internationally does mean that you may be required to pay customs and import taxes. All international customers are responsible for the customs rates within their own country. COMO ANNA is legally required to declare the full dollar value paid on international shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it. For further information, we recommend contacting your local customs office.
COMO ANNA is not liable for lost post, packages sent to incorrectly provided addresses, or any other fault carried out by Australia Post.
Refunds/replacement of goods will unfortunately not be provided in these circumstances.

Return & Exchange Policy
We do not issue exchanges or refunds for a change of mind.
We encourage committed and happy shopping. Buy if you think it goes with your lifestyle or if you purchase for someone else if it fit within their lifestyle. Slow fashion is part of COMO ANNA’s mission and philosophy. Less returns due to poor buying decisions will contribute to reducing packaging and handling which it better for the environment.
If you have questions about an item which might prevent you from making a purchase, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

As all items are handmade please treat them with love and care.
For fashion and jewellery, we do not issue refunds if an item has been worn. Especially earrings and swimwear is excluded from returns due to hygienic reasons.
